Non saprei, mi sembra pratica comune per molti centri commerciali. Anche il Carrefour di Vercelli lo fa. Piu' che altro ho appena notato che sul sito ufficiale (https://www.centrocommerciale-vercelli.com/negozi) i ref vanno da 1 a 12.

Sulle cartine in loco o sul sito di DentalPro (https://www.dentalpro.it/centri-dentalpro/vercelli.html) da 1 a 14.

Forse hanno accorpato dei locali e hanno cambiato la numerazione. Andrebbe fatto un sopralluogo per verificarlo. Fino ad allora mantengo il 1-14 che mi sembra il piu' completo.

Il centro commerciale ha dato a ogni negozio un codice univoco che va da 1 a 14. Il supermercato Bennet è 1, Terranova (non ancora mappato, negozio di abbigliamento) è 2, e così via in senso orario fino ad arrivare a DentalPro che è 14.

I see 7 blocks didn't work out for you.
You're still using useless changeset comments ("1"). You added disconnected ways, ignoring the iD alert ("warnings:disconnected_way:highway"). But most important, you added highway features that ARE NOT visibile in the imagery you say you used for this edit ("Bing Maps Aerial"). I wonder how you edit without aerial imagery reference. Also, those highways seem to be visibile in available imagery ( Maxar and Esri non-clarity), but with different geometry. You can use those if you want to perfect the highways you already draw.
