This place value is not very common (it's used here only), I was thinking to change it with place=locality+historic=yes, what do you think about it?

If someone needs this data they can just do a query for boundaries inside the admin_level=8 Rome boundary.

Sembra che con questo changeset hai tolto il tag addr:housenumber a elementi che avevano sia addr:housenumber che nohousenumber.

Ad esempio: node/7446509109

questo nodo aveva sia addr:housenumber=5 che nohousenumber=yes
Con questo changeset hai eliminato addr:housenumber=5 mantenendo solamente nohousenumber=yes.
