Instead of blindly "upgrading tags", please check to make sure that the changes you're making are correct. For example, the manufacturer of the crossing bell was incorrectly moved to the "crossing:barrier" tag on this node: node/187894871 and this node is tagged as having markings when they it doesn't appear to have any: node/6778483049.
