A short comment here: We always try to preserve data, so we rather adjust the shape or tagging of an object than deleting and adding it again, which destroys object history (osm.wiki/Keep_the_history).

Also, every feature in real life is represented by one feature in OSM (osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element). In this case there are now two schools. Once tagged on the way and once on the node.

Please keep in mind that, in order to make data useful to other people, you have to tag objects according the OSM wiki (osm.wiki/Main_Page). Otherwise your entries can not be read by software using the OSM database.

In this case there are several undocumented tags on the POI. Please also be aware that OSM is case sensitive. E.g. shop=car will be recognized, shop=Car not.

I have reviewed your change and found "Grocery store=Продуктовый магазин" which is not fitting into the OSM tagging scheme. Maybe shop=grocery_store is correct. Also please check the naming of the POI, as we use only use the actual name for the name=* tag.

Otherwise your entries can not be read by software using the OSM database. Also the POI should be placed to its actual location (e.g. inside a building).

Oh, and if you would like to continue improving OSM in the future, I can recommend to use https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ as an editor, which is much more powerful and safer to use than the browser built-in, as it gives you warnings for possible errors and has tons of tools that make you mapping easier.

There are two different schemes in OSM to tag sidewalks or cycleways. The first and preferred one is on the road itself (using cycleway=* or sidewalk=*) and the second one is drawing a separate way and adding tags according highway=*. The latter is only used if there is structural separation between road and sidewalk / cycleway.

Both schemes should not be mixed in the same place as this will confuse navigation software.

Könntest Du Dir hier node/6689134301 einmal das Tagging ansehen? Da wurde "08:00-17:00=Zeitweise öffentlich" getaggt, was nicht wirklich passt.

Mir fiel auch auf, dass die Defis teilweise mit Telefonummern versehen sind. Denke beim Eintragen von Telefon- und Faxnummern bitte an das internationale Format +[Landesvorwahl][Leerzeichen][Ortsvorwahl ohne "0"][Leerzeichen][Rufnummer]. Das Ganze ohne Striche, Klammern und weitere Leerzeichen etc.

Hier wurden sämtliche Informationen des Aleco Markts entfernt. Laut https://www.aleco.bio/standorte ist dieser lediglich wegen Umbaus geschlossen. Es wäre deshalb sinnvoller, die Daten des Nodes nach osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix zu ändern und eine note=* zu hinterlassen, die andere Mapper über den Sachverhalt informiert. Ich passe es entsprechend an. Viele Grüße!

@MrWebber: interessierte Bürger können sich auf den von Dir verlinkten Seiten des Bundes über den aktuellen Stand informieren. Das hat nichts mit "dumm halten" zu tun.

Wir hier bei OSM möchten auch langfristig die Qualität der Daten hochhalten. Deshalb erfassen wir primär Dinge, die bereits vorhanden sind. Danach Dinge, die sich im Bau befinden und erst danach evtl. Dinge, die geplant sind. Bei letzterem achten wir darauf, ausschliesslich final geplante Dinge einzutragen, die dann auch wirklich gebaut werden. Andernfalls ist eine langfristige Wartung der Daten nicht machbar.

Da Du bevorzugt aus den von genannten Quellen geplante Projekte einträgst, über die Du aber offensichtlich keine genaueren Kenntnisse hast bzw. mit der Situation vor Ort nicht vertraut bist, wäre es vielleicht sinnvoll, die von Dir gewählte Art des Mappings zu überdenken. Etwas offtopic, aber auch wichtig: bitte verwende informative CS Kommentare bei Deinen Edits (osm.wiki/DE:Good_changeset_comments). Danke!

@MrWebber: wir sollten geplante Dinge erst eintragen, wenn sie auch wirklich fixiert sind. Wenn Du Dir mal den Hinweis in dem von Dir verlinkten Projekt durchliest, wird klar, warum:
