Obviously you have "rectangularized" a building which originally had a circular shape. Can you please fix this?

As you are using JOSM I am wondering how this could happen as JOSM typically shows warning messages if you try to upload such errors. Do you know how to use its internal validator?

Those self intersecting areas do not appear on the map as they are not defined. I have fixed this now.
