Hi Bala,
please make yourself familiar with the OSM-Inspector, which is a quality improvement tools. There are others as well:

osm.wiki/Quality_assurance

Just briefly, every colored mark you see highlighted on the map is a osm error. You can just clkick on one of them and in the upper right section of this window will appear a list how to edit the defective osm item. Further click on the icon of your prefered osm editor in this selection and it will open right away the selected item. Then you can fix the error.

In your case you have created ways which intersect with themselves, which is not allowed. Map renderers can not display such ways on the map.
