I am wondering how this could happen even you are using JOSM. May be you like to educate yourself about how to use its internal validator:

osm.wiki/JOSM/Validator

You also tend to stick landuse areas to roads or streams etc. Please look closely to the images, actually the boundaries of these areas do not start in the middle of the roads.
