Hi Diana IRM-ED,
thanks for your response. As you are using JOSM you can use the internal validator to avoid such errors before you upload them. JOSM also shows warning messages if it detects such kind of errors. Lets work together to avoid such errors.

I had to revert this changeset as it created a huge mess of intersecting lines:
