It seems to me you do not know what "outer" and "inner" means. Can you please read the documentation to learn what this is about:

osm.wiki/Relation:multipolygon

Can you please fix your errors?

I also like to recommend to switch to josm as your prefered OSM editor, as it shows errors when you try to upload messy relations.

Can you please make yourself familiar with OSM inspector and look for other errors you have added in your region as well? There is more to do!

Especially the "Areas" view gives a lot of insights to broken relations. I would be very happy if you could join me fixing those errors on a regular base as I try to review whole latin america several times a week but it is too much for one person.

Hi Golgi,
you tend to add administrative bounderies which are intersecting themselves, overlapping with existing highways/waterways and the coresponding relation items do not have the role "outer". The tags for boundary and admin_level are missing at your relations as well. Can you please fix this?

Can you please also switch your OSM editor of choise to josm? This editor is much easier to use for editing relations and shows error messages if you try to upload wrong data.
