Yes, it would be great to extract node from boundaries. You can do it with same name operation in iD. After extracting, check it by moving the node (it shouldn't affect boundaries)

Local community stated that under a name tag we write only local name in Georgian. Only if there isn't a Georgian name, we use English or other represented languages. Keep it in mind
