Пожалуйста, не добавляйте избыточное описание точки интереса в названии ("Modus Строительный супермаркет", строительный супермаркет не имеет смысла, shop=hardware уже описывает суть данного объекта. Как альтернативу, можно использовать тег shop=doityourself)
По поводу Level One (node/10685195505). Это действительно магазин видеоигр, или это игровой клуб? Если второе, лучше использовать leisure=amusement_arcade

Чуть подскажу по изменению. В OSM есть выделенный тег для коворков, office=coworking. И адрес мы указываем не на русском и не на английском. addr:street=ვახტანგ გორგასალის ქუჩა, addr:city=ბათუმი

About street names on different languages, except local (again): I don't think that it is a good idea to "simplify" local names to the Russian ones (ილია (Ilia) -> Илья).

About street names on different languages, except local: I don't think that it is a good idea to "simplify" local names to the Russian ones (ილია (Ilia) -> Илья). I know that sometimes do the same, but try to keep in mind, that (my favorite example) ანდრია პირველწოდებულის გზატკეცილი yes, it is Andrew the First Called Highway, but try to explain it to locals (it pronounces like Andria Pirveltsodebuli Highway).

NAPR doesn't have any license info on their website. Due to this, we, as a community, need to clarify this point. Before receiving a response, we can't use these data (NAPR and/or owner of satellite photos can send a claim to OSMF). In this case, DWG can revert all your changes with your account suspension.
