I guess you're right, but I don't know of a better tag. `canoe=*` is an access restriction and meant to describe the access of whatever it's on, and without a top-level tag like leisure=slipway there's nothing to apply the access to. Maybe adding canoe=put_in to the path would make more sense?

I wasn't talking about the look of the houses, I was saying that house isn't showing up on the map because you made it cross over itself, so nothing can render it. That's why if you zoom into it like this osm.org/#map=19/32.38722/-110.95774 you can see there's a hole where the building should be.

I don't care that it doesn't look great or that it doesn't have an address, I'm just telling you it's broken.

So this is the one I meant to comment on instead of changeset/131289960 :D

McMasters is definitely wide enough for a boat, which is why I was wondering if the leisure=slipway tag should be left on

I know this is an old changeset, but I'm not sure removing leisure=slipway is correct here.
Looking at leisure=slipway, the main overview is "A slipway is a ramp into the water for launching a boat.", which is what this is. Could you maybe explain more why you removed it instead of just adding the canoe tag in addition to leisure=slipway?

Thanks for the contributions! While you're right that it shouldn't be a park, "Cultural Center" is not a valid value for the leisure tag. I think it should be tagged as amenity=community_centre, not as a leisure feature at all. Would you mind fixing that?
