Okay, that's more of a grey area I guess. Personally, I would say that it's still under construction because it hasn't opened yet, but that's also not something worth debating over, so if you disagree, that's fine. I would probably add a note about why the trail is still access=no so people aren't confused (because it doesn't say anywhere online that it's done with construction)

You changed the highway=construction tag of way/627869437 to highway=cycleway, but you left the access=no and construction=footway tags. Since it's not clear from your changeset comment what you were trying to do, if it's no longer under construction, you need to remove the construction and access tags. If it's still under construction, you need to change it back to highway=construction. Thanks!

Sorry to keep commenting, but now way/1156832017 has "lanes=2", but also "lanes:backward=1" and "lanes:forward=2", so one of those tags needs to be changed so they add up correctly

When you add streets like way/1156180821, you need to remove the no exit tags, like here: node/6171417938 otherwise cars won't be able to drive through them. Could you please remove that noexit tag?
