ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob man die Pläne von SenStadt verwenden darf, bzw. welche man verwenden darf (ich glaube zu erinnern, dass man welche davon für OSM verwenden darf, vermutlich steht was dazu im WIKI von OSM).
Was die UBahnverläufe angeht, so laufen die meistens bzw. weit überwiegend unter öffentlichen Straßen, was zum einen mit vereinfachter Genehmigung (Wegerecht) zu tun hat, zum anderen mit besserer Zugänglichkeit, falls mal was von oben gemacht werden muss (meistens laufen die Berliner U-Bahnen ja nur wenige Meter unter der Oberfläche und wurden in offener Bauweise erstellt, anders als in vielen anderen Städten mit größeren Erhebungen, wo man auch mal sehr tief unter Tage im Tunnelvortrieb gebaut hat).
