Ciao, qual è il vero nome di via della distilleria / via del diritto alla nutrizione ? perché così come è adesso il tag name non coincide col tag addr:street dei civici.
presumo uno sia il nuovo nome e l'altro il vecchio nome. Se è così bisognetrebbe usare il tag old_name e lasciare ovviamente solo il nuovo nome

If "access=no" is not taken into account (a problem of third parts, not OSM) imagine if "private:highway" is taken into account (only 1 on taginfo).

there are some tags without meaning. please fix or specify the keys:
SECTEUR=*
TELEPHONE=*
SS_SECTEUR=*

for the private footway, there is already the tag access=private.
using the key "private:highway=*" without the key "highway" cause the object to be no more a footway at all.
In OSM, private objects are represented too. A footway is a footway, whoever is the owner :-)

ti consiglio di utilizzare l'editor ID o meglio ancora JOSM.
Occhio ai nomi delle strade (maiuscole minuscole, etc)
osm.wiki/IT:Key:name.
controlla sempre il wiki quando hai dubbi

Ciao, il criterio delle due corsie e due sensi di marcia non è certo sufficiente per discriminare secondary da tertiary.
osm.wiki/IT:Tag:highway=secondary
considera anche che questa che indichi ha UNA corsia per senso di marcia. manca di segnaletica orizzontale, margini di carreggiata etc

Per favore non utilizzare abbreviazioni in OSM. Tanto più se il nome era completo e lo hai abbreviato :-)
