Why does this line have no other tags besides name? Also, the only source I can find for this is https://www.elections.ca/map_02.aspx?lang=e&p=06_ON&t=/1Dis/35010&d=35010, of which the existing boundary seems to already use: relation/18576232

As far as I'm aware, it is actually called Park Road 20 in Grayson County's GIS maps. Plus, the name was Park Road 20 prior

btw, tactile_paving=yes should only be added to crossings if they have tactile paving along the entire length of the crossing - if tactile paving is only present on the ends of the crossing, place a lowered/flush/raised curb at that point and put tactile_paving=yes on those points.
