Per evitare che Osmose lo segnali come probabile errore ho comunque diviso il cerchio in due parti.

I apologize for the error. I deduced the rules of precedence from aerial photos and I could not check for traffic signal. Thanks for your correction. In the case of closed lines that are reported as errors by Osmose it would probably be better to divide them into two parts to avoid the problem.

Ok, it is a right decision. For me there is no problem for these your changes. Remember though that Osmose will continue to consider a closed circular line as a probable roundabout, so either use the tag area=yes or divide the circle into parts.

Corrections are based on the indications of Osmose's error, satellite images and the Street View images, indicating a roundabout.
If it is incorrect feel free to make changes to the area.

Osmose signals the tag as unrequired because, by law, in the country the roundabouts are clockwise. A similar rule is applied by Osmose to the tag junction=roundabout that does not need any tag oneway=yes because the junction classified rondabout have the oneway by default.
