How wide is this path? Is it / can it be used by forestry vehicles? If so, highway=track may be a more appropriate tag. :)

Be careful when editing / zooming in/out. A rogue node (# 8225872528) was added in the UK despite your edit being primarily around Middletown, NY. I've removed the node.
