| 177083702 | Hello. Northridge Mall was demolished several years ago. The "shop=mall" tag had been removed back then, e.g. in this version
You should *not* introduce shop=mall again, this will make mislead OSM users into thinking they can go shopping there. Abandoned places may be tagged with a lifecycle prefix instead. |

| 178168399 | Hello, Snare King. Again, please apply common sense when editing areas. Do NOT select random places in the world to start clicking on objects until you see a "tag upgrade" suggestion. Many of those suggestions by the iD editor are plainly incorrect. Here is an example for this Paris station: A mapper had provided the note to warn you:
What did you do? You clicked on the "suggestion" in iD and you added "public_station=station", which means that we have duplicate information on the Paris public transport map. Again, we had to revert your change. |

| 178147434 | Hello 1-member multipolygon, why?
|
|

| 177960175 | Hello, Is "Lijn 66" the official name of the bus stop you edited in Portugal? It seems like you are referring to the route number using it, whereas the *name* is probably something else. |
|
| 177883909 | OK, thanks for this double check. I’ll warn the other user that they added incorrect data to OSM, then. |
|
| 177883909 | In version #3 of this road, a user surveyed this place and marked this road as complete (10/Dec/2025).
In version #4, you changed it back to a road under construction. Was the previous user wrong? |

| 178050544 | Hello, Can you please write more accurate changeset descriptions when you upload data to the OSM database. "Amélioration vaira" does not contain any content. It looks like you are changing tags or moving objects. A bit of a warning: it looks like you attempted to modify the shape of existing buildings, like this one: way/260260851 while the summary provided with the iD editor announces that you used "CIRB/CIBG most recent aerial imagery" as the background. This is not acceptable. Buildings outlines in Belgium are obtained from numerical imagery provided by the regional governments. We urge contributors to *never* trace buildings from aerial imagery, because those images are distorted, and buildings have a different distorsion with every year’s release, contrary to the official footprint which matches the official outline. I will inspect your latest changes in Brussels and revert errors. |

| 177996702 | Pardon my curiosity but you have just created a tram stop for Olympic Village Station, here: node/13518901699
This tram stop will now show as an active station, despite there is probably no service here. Can you please have a second look. |

| 177869847 | Hello, and welcome to OSM. Thanks for updating the map. Could you please write more useful changeset titles when you upload something to the database. There is no use stating "Added/fixed near <name of the city>" for every changeset. OSM is a geographical database, it is immediately visible that a changeset is here in Edmonton, or that a changeset is in Canmore or wherever. Such a title adds very little useful information. Instead, people might wonder why a lone mapper obtains all this knowledge about the names of fairly remote places, or the internal ref codes of bus stops. Documenting changes, so that we know whether it comes from your own surveys/explorations, whether you are just clicking on automatic fixes from the iD editor, or whether you are importing government data, for instance. One more suggestion. Please try to make smaller changes, with one upload for one specific theme/area instead of gerenic stuff all around Edmonton all in the same changeset. This would also make it easier for other mappers, to repair mistakes. Thanks in advance, and happy mapping. |

| 177840224 | Hello, You changed the name into "alimentation" but kept it as a bakery. Do you still remember the shop type it is now? Hasn’t it changed into a convenience store/night shop? Thanks in advance. |
|
| 177794087 | Hello.
|
|
| 177740072 | You are welcome. (Next time, please use direct messages instead of commenting on changesets, because by doing so you have flagged my changeset as incorrect, which it isn’t.) |
|
| 177714783 | Hello, Thanks for spotting missing addresses. Just one thing: it’s been more than 10 years that we consistently use areas to automatically calculate city names and post codes for addresses in Belgium, this information should not be repeated on individual addresses. (The simple online editor still shows a lot of text boxes, just in case, but you may safely ignore them.) And no compound values on buildings, please. Don’t worry, I’ve already fixed it, but I thought you might want to know, to take good habits from the start. Happy mapping. |
|
| 177653189 | That is a point of view, but IMHO the node with the tactile paving for blind people should preferably be aligned where the tactile guiding strips for visually impaired people have been installed. |
|
| 177642576 | Hello, and welcome to OSM. I think the "Organic Maps" app you are using has a problem because it does not show everyhing from the map. This is maybe why you thought it would be useful to add this *missing* place. It isn’t. The container park has been on our map since 2016.
Your change has been undone. However, some relevant tags from it have been re-used to improve the existing object. Better luck next time, hopefully. :-) |

| 177631916 | Hello, With respect, I don’t see many problems fixed here. On the contrary, this changeset seems to introduce some bad data. This footway now shows a silly zig-zag shape, with a node being dragged 16 meters to the east.
As for this footway, you broke the continuity of pedestrian navigation, resulting in situations like here: node/10876835443, the footway abruptly ends several meters before the intersection, making it impossible to properly route pedestrians to the road. More generally, editing Alaska and Bulgaria within the same upload is not a good idea. Several mappers tried to warn you over the past weeks/months that editing remote places in the same changeset is unwanted, e.g.

Merci. |
