In your latest comment - which did not answer my request for claification about OSM inspector - you supplement your originally two arguments by alluding that you have some sort of ownership of those cs or addresses because you have edited them before and that no-one else should dare to touch "your" edits. I must confess that I was not aware that this kind of exclusiveness existed in osm.
