Есть поселок Огланлы и есть село Огланлы. На военной карте от 1974 г. село обозначено "совхоз Комсомол" и поселок "Огланлы". На картах 90-х годов село обозначено "Огланлыоба" или Oglanlyoba и поселок Огланлы или Oglanly. Названий ни Käriz, ни Kyariz в списке Dolandyryş-çäk birlikleriň ady вообще нет. Как я написал, я проехал поселок Oglanly недавно и прочитал вывеску. По правилам OSM то, что на вывеске--авторитетное. Кариз или Кяриз возможно местные какие-то прозвищa, и если так, их следует включить в OSM с тэгами alt_name=*.

The ref tag is not used for identifying sources. The source=* tag is used for that. Ref for highways is used for identifying the network to which the highway belongs. Please see ref=*

Building footprint was not correct. The Doctors Building's footprint is a simple rectangle. I am presently located about a mile away and can photograph it using Mapillary to provide a perspective view if that would be helpful.

Thanks for catching that. A previous mapper had tagged the neighborhood as a hamlet and placed the node in the traffic light at the intersection of Kerns and Sleepy Hollow Roads, not the correct position for the neighborhood. I missed removing the highway=* tag when I split them up and correctly positioned the tag. I live on this street and am working on adding some detail plus correcting a few minor inaccuracies.
