I plan to change North Carriage Drive to a service road, as it better describes the situation on the ground. The road, whilst closed for general traffic, is still marked and used for vehicles; is in use for Covid testing by vehicle; and will still be used for Royal Parks events traffic once they resume.

I'm not sure whether this changeset was the one that changed this section of North Carriage Drive to a cycleway, but I think this is best changed back to a service road, as that better describes the situation on the ground.

The large boathouse added in the Serpentine doesn't exist. I'm going to delete it. Let me know if this was meant to be something else.
