An area such as this surrounding a swimming pool is not a beach.
If you're chasing Wiglett, it might be worth taking a day trip out to Apollo Beach Nature Park which appears to be your closest mapped beach.

Rather than a silly game of upload-delete here that's going to end up in you being banned - there's a beach close to you: 40.2460772, -76.4781836

That beach is just over half an hour's drive away. It should generate a beach biome and get you the Wiglett you seem to want to badly.

Removing parks will have a negative effect on your PGO gameplay.

Niantic doesn't use live OSM data, and the more people like you mess with it, the less likely they are to update in the future.

Pokemon GO uses old map data from over a year ago for biomes. Adding a beach now will have no impact on the game.

Thank you for your honest reply here.

I will have to remove this beach as it is inaccurate and OSM isn't a tool just for Pokemon GO, however there is a beach here: way/816034081 which *should* in theory, should trigger a beach biome for your kids. Might make for a fun weekend trip.
