Been looking at the Google map of Springfield model primary school ( -29.8253679,30.9857276) and Thekwini TVET College (-29.8253679,30.9857276), and I think you have drawn the borders of Springfield model primary school over the TVET college borders.

The whole building is shared by three businesses (with flats above) but the area I have marked out is the bookstore. Flats above (I'm assuming) are residential.
