It is quite possible that it is exceptionally small in diameter. It dates, I think from the 1930s. There seems to be several other crossings that haven't been mapped.

How come this, and many other street lights are marked operator=ESB Networks ?

1. I understand that the ESB sold off its street lighting business.
2. I understand that Dublin City Council invariably does its own street lighting.

I've changed the site to landuse=religious and the shrine to historic=wayside_shrine (unfortunately there isn't a better tag at the moment).

I've also added religion=christian
and denomination=roman_catholic

The change from building:part=yes to building=yes is problematic - it creates the impression that there is one building on top of another.

Separately, it might be useful to find out exactly what constitutes Abbey Retail Park / Lesley Abbeycentre / Longwood Retail Park. But that's for another day.

As the Abbey Centre is already tagged as building=retail, and the individual shops are tagged indoor=room and room=shop, there is no need for the shops to have building=yes.
