The tag building:flats is the quantity of flats in the building, not the address of the individual apartments. So building:flats=11121314151617 is a reaaalllly big building :) building:flats=*?uselang=en-GB

You can use addr:flats=*: to specify the individual flat numbers (or ranges of flat numbers) in a building.

Tip: Add details like number of storeys, street address, etc. before the split, that way each individual house can have those details.
