Where does maxheight=4.65 come from? Are you sure you didn't see a pre-warning sign for Limerick Tunnel way/62218799 which doesn't apply to this road?

This motorway was likely built with all bridges over it above maxheight=default. That is, the current default is 4.65 metres, but it used to be 5 metres when this motorway was built. Tagging maxheight=default isn't quite correct.
