One is big on man_made = sewer_vent :D In places, you will see minor lanes, green spaces, etc. in housing estates with names. I don't know about this one: way/747915173 but I think this one: way/38118895 has a sign. I could have sworn there was a bunch of highway=turning_circle and name=* or highway=turning_loop and name=* but I'm only finding two dubious ones.
