Alton road seems to be the name of the primary road which passes by Mount Sinai, I don't see evidence of it also going into the Hospital grounds, if this is to fix address issues, there isn't much we can do as the addresses in the hospital point to this road as the hospital as a whole is on this road.

in this changeset you added a name to a address without specifying what type of business this is, I have marked it as an office as to have something but I doubt that that is all of the information that could be placed on this POI. So the question becomes what type of business is "NOVA 360 LLC"?

also looking further into the changeset there are source:name=* tags that imply google was a source for at minimum part of this as we cannot use google maps as a source for this OSM changeset and we are not allowed to use google as a source as their license is incompatible with the OSM license.

then why are there dragged nodes from Canada and Europa?
There are also ways like way/1432435588 that cross highways, that are not on imagery available in iD and not tagged as a bridge or tunnel, or even layers.

This is very likely some kind of vandalism as it adds allot roads with some of them dragged to end across the world; if I was being charitable this was an attempt to add historical features with some dragged nodes. But even then the historical tagging is not present.

we are not supposed to use google as a source for our contributions as their license in proprietary and thus incompatible with OSM's, I point this out as this changeset (and looking further into it others from you) contain websites that have Google tracking parameters in them, which from my understanding only end up in a websites url if you came from google maps.

Alton road seems to be the road that the whole of Mount Sinai is on which this building seems to be a part of so it makes sense that the addresses in here point to Alton Road. Ed Sullivan Drive seems to be the name of the road inside of the hospital grounds.

we cannot use google as a source for OSM contributions but the Miami Dade County Data Hub "Address" database has this as being on "ALTON RD".

next time please be more careful were you place crossings as you placed the crossing way across the wrong road as per Bing streetside.

when you add footway=sidewalk to a footway please make sure that the whole footway is a sidewalk as way/367833252 is not by a simple look at the imagery.

please, next time you add an apartment don't just add the name, please also add the relevant tags to mark it as an apartment, you can just search for apartment in iD and it will pop up.

have you checked if this is the parking at this highschool that is for students, because then access=permissive may be more accurate.

this parking seems to be for the court house so I am unsure if access=private is correct in this case, can you prove that this is only for employees or something, or could it also be for those that are defendants etc because then it may not be private.

based on on the aerial imagery this looks like more of a parking you pay for not for any particular business so I am unsure if private is the best value.

have you checked if any of the parking at this highschool is for student parking, because if there is access=private doesn't seem like the correct tag for the situation.

these are clearly residential roads, just because there is parking along the road does not mean that it is a service road.

have you checked if any of the ap0rking lots at this highschool allow student parking because it any do then access=private would be inaccurate.
