In this changeset I see you added a wetland area. Probably you were misleaded by the ground color, slightly darker.

Why you deleted landuse/landcover mapping?
You were using JOSM, it's so easy filter out the LULC without these deletions. Simply go to Windows -> Filter , and you can hide all the landuse and natural

Isn't Bing very very outdated in this area? Seeing the Bing's tileinfo in the surrounding shows a range between 2005 and 2014.

Uh sorry, I put the wrong value on "type" key. This is a type=superroute relation (not a normal type=route).
It would contains the 6 relations that make the AH14 (split by single Country, one for every direction), but as the routes in China and Vietnam were different from the official ESCAP routes, I just did the two ways for Myanmar only.
I'm trying to organize better all the Asian highway network. On this wiki page osm.wiki/Asia/Asian_Highway_Network you'll see my edits done in the last 2 weeks.

relation relation/14451901 had this way way/1080535156 that created a topology error

What you call cleanup, I'd rather call breakage.
Deleting a single way, you've opened 2 landuse relations.
Please, be more careful, and pay attention to the JOSM validation messages.

I'm afraid you are using an imagery older than the Maxar currently available on JOSM. These 2 buildings way/1029009447 way/1029009446 are not visible on the Maxar, but they are present on older Maxar we have in our private imagery service. Checking the area with big G (with 2022 images) the 4 buildings are still there.

I suggest to use instead landuse=quarry as no industrial buildings are present (at least I don't see on Maxar).
