Hello. Please do not follow advices of iD to change "deprecated" tags. Those incorrect advices are made by incompetent and authoritarian Bryan, not by OpenStreetMap community. I will revert the changes.

What is happening here? Why are duplicate tags are added? amenity=embassy is enough. Have you done any local survey?

According to Lithuanian law the addresses (including street names) are such as registered in address registry. Irrespective of what plates you see on a house or what documents (even official ones) you get (even current ones, not old ones from 2018). And by data in todays address registry (address cadastre) this street does not have a name.

This particular street DOES NOT have a name. According to official todays data. Buchvico street is a little bit to the West (already tagged).

Kai kuri mokyklos poligoną, tai į jį perkelk visas mokyklos žymas (amenity=school. name, wikipedia ir pan.). Ant mokyklos pastato tada turi likti tik building=yes|school. Priešingu atveju gaunasi, kad yra dvi mokyklos: viena be pavadinimo (iš ploto), kita su pavadinimu (iš pastato).

Because it contradicts Lithuanian road classification rules. The rules have been agreed a long time ago and are based on mapping official classification with OSM classification. „Krašto keliai“ are secondary when paved and tertiary when unpaved.

That road is tagged with surface=unpaved, therefore maxspeed cannot be 90. If it is paved, then surface has to be changed together with maxspeed.

Medis žymimas natural=tree. Neteisingai panaudotas leisure=park yra parkas, kuris jau būtų poligonas, o ne taškas. Ir tai turi būti oficialus parkas, o ne tiesiog keli medžiai :-)
