Demotion of streets around Agora was long overdue. But I'm wondering about the removed access restrictions on the new connector road and the geometry changes at the intersection with Julio Pacana Street. In February access was still restricted to hgv, bicycles and pedestrians only. Is your change based on local knowledge more recent than this? Also as far as I know strava updates their heatmap monthly but their gps traces still indicate an offset at the intersection, not a direct connection to San Pedro Street.

Good day Jherome, I find some of the downgrades in this changeset quite confusing. Given that you do not indicate any source for your edits I would like to ask if you have any on-the-ground knowledge in the areas affected by these changes. Even if you do, I believe it would be quite appropriate to consult with other local mappers first before conducting modifications on such a massive scale. Many of the roads in question serve as integral links and alternative connectors between large population centers (cities, provinces and even regions). Downgrading them from trunk and primary to secondary (the same level used for roads connecting small municipalities) completely breaks the long and well established hierarchy of relative importance. Here are a few examples: - Dologon-Quezon Road serves as main artery for traffic between Davao City/Davao del Sur and Valencia/Malaybalay/CdO (arguably higher relative importance than bypassed Quezon-Maramag Section of N10) - Matalam-Bagontapay Road serves as main artery for traffic between Gensan/Marbel/Tacurong and entirety of Bukidnon/Misamis Oriental (similar importance as Makilala-M'lang Road) - Aglayan-Ticalaan Road serves as alternative connector between Valencia (and as extension of N912 also for traffic from Davao del Norte) and CdO (much higher importance compared to nearby Tagoloan-Talakag and Cabanglasan-San Fernando Roads) - Kibawe-Kalilangan Road serves as alternative connector from Kidapawan/North Cotabato to Marawi/Lanao del Sur and CdO/Misamis Oriental (much higher importance compared to nearby secondaries connecting Kadingilan to Damulog, Dancagan and Don Carlos) Looking forward to hear your thoughts!

Good day again. Not sure why you are sorry, but please only use the description tag for information that is relevant for the end map user. And please add more meaningful changeset comments to your edits. Try to describe what you're detailing and connecting (e.g. "connect roads, add surface details").

Good day. Please have a look at the wiki definitions of highway=busway and highway=bus_guideway. They should only be used where bus lanes are physically separated from all other traffic and for the latter additional rail-like infrastructure is required. This does not seem to be the case in Tacloban. Bus routes driving on regular roads can be mapped using public transport relations containing the existing highway segments.

There's also the more specific townhall:type=barangay ;)
Waterway=stream was intended. Fixed it now, thanks for pointing it out.
Good afternoon and thank you for your contributions to OpenStreetMap. The phone number that you added here seems to contain a typo (11 digits instead of 10), could you please change it to the correct number?
Hello. What is your source for the names added in this changeset? In case of the existing place node you changed the name from Oro to Luhuran. This seems a bit weird as Dapitan does not have a barangay with that name and the nearby schools indicate that Oro is the correct place name.
Good evening. If you want to specify on which side a highway cutting is located you can use cutting=left/right/both. No need to use description tag.
Yes I was. Thanks for the reminder!
| 148618277 | Good day. Thanks for catching this! I removed the tags thinking it was the outdated code for the undivided province, wasn't aware that new codes were assigned already. Codes restored in this changeset:

Thanks! I've updated the road attributes accordingly and changed the old highway to secondary to indicate the decrease in importance.
Good day Schadow1. Thanks for updating this. Could you confirm if it is already fully paved/operational? Or are more works needed before it can replace the old Maharlika section as the preferred through-road?
Good morning. Thanks for mapping this college. I've changed the main tag from landuse=institutional to amenity=college and added some more details.
If a fee needs to be paid to use a road or to pass a gate you can use the tag toll=yes. In this example, does everybody need to be pay the fee including residents of Tierra Benita? Or is this more of a bribe for the guard to let vehicles without sticker pass through? By the way, is there a road connection at node/8318434630 ? On aerial imagery i looks like there is no proper connection, or maybe only passable on foot/bicycle.
I don't think we can. Any data from google is protected by a copyright that does not allow usage for improving OSM. But it would be confirmation enough if you have visited the place in person or if you have local knowledge about it, no need to provide a public link as proof.
Thanks for adding this new road section! I made some improvments to the tags and the alignment. The aerial imagery is still very outdated but on strava heatmap it is visible that this is quite a big road. Could you confirm if it's 4 lanes wide and concreted already?
| 130018767 | Hey Joshua, Are bicycles really prohibited from using this road, but motorcycles, cars and everyone else are allowed? Or could it be that this tag was added based on rider feedback that the road is difficult to ride on due to very rough unpaved surface? In this case maybe smoothness=very_bad would be more suitable? Then a routing algorithm for delivery riders could avoid it if possible, but routing would still work fine for someone planning a mountain bike ride. Best regards,

Hello Danny. Thanks for mapping so many street names in Mauban. For place names like the one added in this changeset you can add a place=neighbourhood/quarter/village node instead of mapping it as a street name. Did it already for Sitio 6: node/11405052187 PS: Please also make sure to always add the complete street names, no abbreviations and capital letters at the beginning of words ;)
Thanks for locating and restoring the old node. Duplicate is now deleted.
