This is not an unincorporated area. The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust is a Commonwealth body that manages the NSW land the Commonwealth own around Sydney Harbour. The land itself is in the various LGAs.

To fix this I am going to have to revert four of your changesets.

Would you please stop editing admin boundaries.

Several other problems:

1. These are not real bounded localities
2. Admin level 6 and 9 are a maintained import from PSMA osm.wiki/Import/Catalogue/PSMA_Admin_Boundaries

3. Admin boundaries are advanced mapping. I would suggest that you at least wait until after you learn to use JOSM before attempting to edit them.

There are several issues with this:

1. It has broken the boundary of relation/296933

2. admin_level 6 is for local government areas. By definition unincorporated areas are not LGAs.

3. Much of your "unincorporated" areas are in LGAs according to the NSW DCS dataset.

If you want to prevent u-turns into the slip road you need to put the turn restriction in the correct place relation/17600262 otherwise it won't do anything.

What's that got to do with this changeset?

Which routing engine tells you to do a u-turn here?

This boundary appears to be the dry parts of relation/1403916 However the previous EN name suggested it was either the dry parts of France the country or L'Hexagone

I would be more concerned about the fact that I doubt anyone who lives here still calls it "Pioneer Rise".
