With regard to The Triangle field the issue here may be that 1/2 of the season they have the pitches North to South and 1/2 the season east to west.

The Triangle field again is not general recreation - the land is own by Hungerford Town Council and leased to Hungerford Rugby Club - again gated and lock for the sole purpose and use by HTRFC

But the Wiki says "An open green space for general recreation," this is not an area for general recreation - this is a private facility gated and locked, with a licenced club house rather than a pavillion
