This number "2464707387" does not refer to any person on OSM. It is just a way to identify a node in our database which just randomly happens to belong to a random house.

OSM also does not store or track personal information of people.

I have deleted the building you added. The shape does not match aerial imagery at all, and a height of 1.35km is wildly incorrect

I have deleted the building tag you added. This does not appear to be a single building and was already tagged as landuse=commercial
