A lot of tags don't really make all that much sense to me.

source:type and description with as value Ø

You can find examples of good changeset comments here: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

Additionally, please do not write names in all caps, and make sure to only use the name tag for actual names, not descriptions.

Question, but what does "min_age=-1" mean? How does that work?

Whatever editor you are using, it seems to have a bug where it mixes up way IDs and node IDs. You intended to edit this way way/754426251, but instead ended up moving those node node/754426251 by 7800km
