This edit reverts changesets 82703947 and 82704337 in relation to vandalism incident being tracked on https://github.com/OSMPH/papercut_fix/issues/60. User has a habit of making fantasy edits, and is pending a second block.

The user's edits are mostly damaging. While they did do some constructive edits, they do that along with the addition of nonsense. So far as their edit history is concerned, the user do not completely know what they are doing.

I already reported the user to the DWG for the second time, and is pending a longer (or indefinite block). I also set up a ticket at OSMPH papercut_fix on GitHub (at https://github.com/OSMPH/papercut_fix/issues/60), and reverted much of the user's latest edits.

I thank you for your contributions to your local area, but please make your edits verifiable to other mappers, and don't add things that are too hard for users to clean up. I'll continue with cleaning up the rest of your edits around your subdivision.

1.) If they are signposted, fine, but I doubt if the HOA ever have designated such routes. I'm getting tired dealing with all the experimental stuff you tend to add.
2.) Please don't add turn restrictions that aren't signed or already implied by traffic rules. You may think it's unsafe to turn to a certain street due to a sharp angle, but for a safety-related turn restriction to be added here, there must be any sign saying so. I doubt ever if the developer have posted any signage indicating those you mapped.

Shouldn't we be mapping employee shuttle bus routes?

Please don't realign Skyway just because MAPS.ME renders Skyway and Osmeña Highway with the same shade of orange. Please see my reply on my last message regarding your latest edits.

I don't think you need to realign Skyway to remove overlaps and superimposition with roads below it.

I don't know whether you have seen any new sign with route numbers in them. If there are none, remove them.

QBX is already tagged as proposed, and the construction tags you're referring is on a bypass under construction (the Pagbilao Bypass project).

Better use road names on the via tags. Even if we got route numbers, only a few recognize them. I'm fine with using city/town names on that tag (as long they're on the signs).

Why did this one have a large bounding box?

I think this edit has just messed up bus route relations, and needs to be fixed immediately. Is that accidental?

As far as I know, default speed limits for national highways are rather between 40 or 80, per Land Transportation and Traffic Act/Republic Act 4136 (unless signs or local traffic ordinance sets a different limit), but I don't know yet if the national default speed has been lowered from what was written in RA 4136. Can you clarify this?

The proposed= tags on the sections of Anthony Henday doesn't seem to be the cause why routing in OSRM doesn't work, but rather due to all ways on the Highway 216 relation tagged as "forward". Fixed it on a later changeset.
