The correct tag for parking lots is amenity=parking

This was referring to the cartpath used to outline the parking lot. Sorry I didn't make it clear.
Also for easier mapping of buildings use mapwith.ai/rapid

My impression was that related changes are fine to upload in larger changesets. I'll split it up next time.
