living street designation is meant for streets where cars share the same space as pedestrians. This street has physical separation between cars and pedestrians meaning it doesn't fit the designation.

Revert broke and left disconnected roads. Make sure to check when revert tool has errors

Since there is a physical separation each direction should be mapped as separate ways instead of using turn restrictions.

Please don't reclassify roads without discussion or label an entire road as a bridge.

Deceleration lanes are to be mapped as lanes on the main highway as presented in osm.wiki/Lane_assist/Examples/Motorway_exit

Lanes should not be represented as ways.
