The features deleted in this changeset were duplicates of features added in 155778419

Looks like it uploaded features again from previous changeset/155778419 likely from restoring changes in the browser. I've reverted the changeset accordingly.

Multipolygons are areas. Tagging the outer way as fairways is duplicate tagging and incorrect. Continued incorrect mapping will be considered vandalism.
