OSMCha works fine. These changes were accidentally split from the previous changeset: changeset/154200766 I've removed the errant oneway tag. I incorrectly interpreted the surrounding ways also having oneway=no tags as an indication that someone had mechanically edited oneway=no on all roads in the area(This has happened elsewhere.). I was focused on a specific project and didn't want to get sidetracked on other meaningless tags like access=Yes, foot=yes, bicycle=yes(They could become large projects themselves).

You just set it to oneway=no

why not lit=yes?

What's the advantage over lit=yes?

oneway=no is useless and you also added it to a roundabout and some nodes. reverted
