Also roundabout tag is junction=roundabout and ways entering and exiting the roundabout shouldn't connect at the same point. junction=roundabout

This changeset also incorrectly split the address interpolation way which breaks addresses.

Hey Xvtn This changeset left disconnected roads. Please don't review good before checking why the changeset left warning for disconnected roads or impossible oneways.

Isn't the project canceled?

Did you even look at what ways were deleted and their topology? These ways served no purpose and are a direct violation of the on the ground principle. The request to not delete is not necessary if you're adding real features and were only added after these fake features were correctly getting deleted. These are all from one person and is not an established "local community" practice. Appeals to age don't really change any of these facts.

Please resolve Id issues like disconnected road before uploading.
