Please don't use natural=* with multiple values, such as natural=coastline;bare_rock. Do map bare rock, gravel, sand or other such areas as separate elements, otherwise islets will not be renderered.

If "Bankomat" is brand, brand=Bankomat should be added, and name=Bankomat should be removed.

In this case I suggests closed:shop=yes. This tag will not be renderered, but entiti will be available in editors.

I think that geometry is different issue, but as possible solution, fixme=square may be added.

But "vacant shop" is "closed shop" also. "Suspended" would be more clear, if this difference ("rented or not rented") is important (for me personally, it isn't).

No known semantical difference between "closed" or "vacant" in context of shops. I can suggest suspended:shop=yes or shop=suspended (ATYL).
