In the case of way/69997349/history , version 19 was redacted because that changeset used Google as a source. See osm.wiki/Google et al.

Can you provide a link to the sources? It's pretty unusual for a speed limit to be raised in this way (though I can think of one similar example).

I've changed the name:pl of way/261898083 in changeset/144168925 since it was obviously wrong - see comment there.

There are a bunch of lat and long values added as tags too - I'm guessing a copy and paste faux pas.

I reverted this in changeset/144136303 .

I'd be interested to know what the source for the tree node/11349465205 was - it doesn't seem to be visible on Bing imagery :) There's a hint of green, but it doesn't match the "garden" way/1223571890 and to be honest the "house" way/595588269/history doesn't really match the imagery either.

Hello again. "Updated deprecated tags" on its own is NOT a good enough changeset comment. An achavi link for this changeset https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=143745162 shows what actually happened - some valid additions (e.g. node/1662090127 ) some tagfiddling adding no value (e.g. node/2402822990 ) and some geometric changes (e.g. way/180426396 , node/1904852392 ) which mostly seem to have had little effect.

The request to the DWG was "can I delete the Russian name" and the answer was "yes", given that there was no evidence of branding in that language.
The person making the request didn't do the update, so I have, including to website and opening hours.
The tagging as "shop=computer" rather than e.g. "office=company" is probably worth discussing, but that's one for people more local than me.

Also "укрогруз_200" on a kerb . Clearly not a real name.
