Sorry to be nit-picky, but I don't think it's currently correct. Because if you walk from Rue du Docteur Ciaudo to Rue des Bastions along the arcade you don't go through the entrance. I think the error message in iD could be ignored.

I wonder why you removed the tag entrance=yes from 1 Place Garibaldi? As there is an arcade towards the square, so the location of the door is inside of the facade.
