After analysing recent street level imagery and wiki information this has been changed to crossing:barrier=half in order to properly reflect the real life information in #177547978 .

The/Corp can be changed, its part of the address on the house at the gates, the 2-9 is on the house and represents 10 whilst being 2-9. I'm just filling in places exactly as they are written.

Is it multistory buildings or also the ones that are not overlapping?

I apologise, I have adequate knowledge of what I'm mapping but I must be using the level system wrong, Could you tell me exactly what you want me to fix about this?
