I changed the speed of the railway to match the current speed limitations.

Well the high speed changeset it is used if the speed is above 200 km/h.
Look at other lines, it can't be a 160 km/h line set to high speed.
The ones that I added are 200 km/h or more.

Well yes, but it's not an controlled acces road, I thought only the controlled acces roads are trunk or motorway.
