Forgot to add the rest of changelog notes- also added road detail and pond detail

Thanks! I recently found out about RapiD editor and so I've been trying to fill out a lot of the buildings around town over the past couple days. I still hit some rough patches here and there, but I think I'm getting the hang of this now.
