I can't exclude a mistake as I was only once in Saintes (last year). I would suggest to delete the school tagging as the website does not mention the school anymore. But I think that I saw a plate indicating the school name.

I'm not sure about my impact on those lines but I think rather that I introduced some pylons but never any information about kV. Sorry but I can not help.
