I want to contribute to the map but how can i remove the name from this uploaded changeset via osmand? Or how can i update this via osm website?

Place of a drinking water tap, can a local OSM'er maybe pinpoint the exact location? This is added from gps coordinates during our bike trip in Europe (so not local to double check exact location).
